1. The tour departure date cannot be changed after the customer has paid.

2. No price changes are permitted after the customer has paid in full. Airfare booked with tour is non-changeable and non-refundable at any time.

3. No-shows on the day of departure are 100% non-refundable.

4. Any pre-purchased tickets, admissions, and meal fees are non-refundable.

5. Admission tickets bought through sellers other than our company (e.g. City Pass) are not applicable to the tours.

6. Your room types are based on hotels’ own standards. We can accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee them.

7. Passengers are responsible for the validity of all travel documents (if applicable).

8. Itineraries are subject to change or cancellation at any time due to any unforeseen conditions, including but not limited to adverse weather, traffic problems, etc.

9. Passengers are responsible for safeguarding their personal property and belongings.

10. Have Fun Holiday Inc. reserves the right to modify the itinerary, meal plan and hotels without liability. No partial refund will be given for any unused services.

11. All passengers are STRONGLY URGED to take adequate insurance coverage to protect themselves against cancellations due to illness prior to or during the travel.

12. Prices or information could be different on your next website visit and session. We do not accept price adjustment.
